Except for the electric motors, all parts are made of quality corrosion-resisting stainless steels CR18n I 9T I, suitable for screening acidic and alkali solutions of various pH values. Pressurized sealing is applied in the filtering process, leading to a saving of fluids to be filtered and higher efficiency. The filtering section is featured by 10 layers of screening plates to increase the screening area and flow capacity. The screening plates can be changed according to the process requirements( for instance, at primary, semi-precision or precision level) of the fluid to be filtered. Furthermore, the screening layers can also be increased or reduced to match the process requirements. So, you can have one machine to achieve different purposes. The screening plates assume a shape of plane screw thread, an advanced structure that has no deformation and is easy to clean. It can effectively elongage the service life of the various screening plates, leading to a saving and reduction of production costs.
These filters are equipped with fluid transfer pumps made of stainless steels, and rubber wheels the filter bases, making it easy to move. |
